which asks you for name,  age, address, Parent /Guardian name and mobile phone number and any relevant medical/health conditions that your child has that may affect their participation in our camp.

To complete your child’s full registration you are required to attend the camp venue on Sunday, the day before the camp is due to start from 10.45 am to 11:30pm.

Payment must be made in full for each child during registration.

Payments will be accepted by cash/cheque or by bank card only.

Only when payment is received will your child’s place be confirmed.’
